Saleem Corp, Inc. DBA Delta Power Group (Dallas, TX) is seeking Sales Managers to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to lead, train, and develop sales professionals while driving growth in smart home and solar solutions across the U.S.
Position: Sales Manager (Multiple Openings)
Location: Dallas, TX (with travel to assigned territories nationwide)

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, lead, and manage an effective sales team within assigned regions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales training program.
- Train staff on product knowledge, growth strategies, and sales tactics.
- Ensure sales targets are consistently achieved by subordinate managers.

Provide supplemental training for new and underperforming reps through:
- Job shadowing
- Real-time feedback
- Role-play activities
- Conduct daily market training meetings to enhance team performance.
- Shadow sales reps during door-to-door smart home and solar consultations.
- Mentor reps on building customized packages tailored to each customer’s home.
- Support new customers by answering questions via phone and email.
- Arrange temporary housing for relocated staff when required.
- Coordinate licensing with local officials to ensure compliance before launch.
- Oversee market selection and sustainability, including territory management.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Sales Manager or in a related role.
- Background in supervision, recruitment, staff training/development, and business development.
- Willingness to travel up to 1 week each month to assigned regions nationwide.
